This fall, the real estate and mortgage servicing industries will partake in its largest expo, the 2013 Five Star Conferences & Expo in Dallas, Texas.
From September 7-11, 2013, Five Star will uphold its reputation for the most academics, events, keynotes and business-building opportunities.
As the expo and conference continues to impress industry professionals and leaders, Five Star is presenting its newest addition this year: the Women in Housing Leadership Luncheon that will be featured on September 10, 2013, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
The Women in Housing Leadership Luncheon is an extension of Five Star and an innovative luncheon intended to celebrate the success and strength of women professionals.
As Five Star continuously provides the principal industry experts and speakers each year, the luncheon will stay in tune with Mrs. Laura Bush leading as the Honorary Keynote Speaker, alongside a group of notable industry professionals. The events speakers will include Caroline Reaves, CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services; Lisa Foradori, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer for Home Lending at JPMorgan Chase; and Kathryn Madison, EVP and Chief Servicing Officer of Consumer and Mortgage Lending at HSBC Finance Corporation.
Also making its debut at the luncheon will be the Women in Housing Steering Committee. This committee consists of a group of noteworthy professionals that have made a lasting impression on the industry. These women include Leslie Hayes, Colleen Hernandez, Shelley Kaye, Margaret Kelly, Jocelyn Martin-Leano, Shari Nott and Caroline Reaves and myself!
Prior to the luncheon, I will also be speaking on Tuesday, September 10, for the "Bridging the Gap" panel from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
This new addition to Five Star is meant to provide a platform to discuss both professional and personal achievements for women within and beyond the real estate industry. NAWRB members will receive a $100 scholarship towards conference registration and have limited seats available at the NAWRB luncheon.
